100 day journey to transform my body from blah to WOW!!!
So, after a long hiatus, I’m back blogging about my fitness adventures and nutritional ups and downs.
Since my last, I have stopped doing Bodyrock daily. It’s not that I don’t like it or think that it’s not worth my time. I’ve just had a lot of changes to my life over the last few months, some of which I can’t mention in this forum, and Bodyrock wasn’t included in those changes.
For a while I wasn’t getting any form of exercise beyond walking to and from the train station and work. I gained about 10-15 lbs. craziness as I have never weighed this much in my life. I only have myself to blame, though. I went on a fast food binge. Uh oh… Yep, that’s right. I pigged out on some Taco Bell and McDonald’s. Lol!!
My newest fitness endeavor…… Bikram yoga. It’s not new to me at all. I started this practice while living in Maui and loved it.
I’m not exactly sure in what direction this blog will go as its no longer a 100 day fitness challenge. It will be a surprise for everyone, including myself. =)
